Senior Assistant Machine Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery to ensure maximum performance and reliability. Quickly respond to machine failures to restore operations and reduce production interruptions. Assist with machinery setup processes to guarantee readiness for large-scale production. Carry out corrective maintenance tasks following predefined schedules and procedures. Develop, plan, and execute initiatives aimed at quality enhancement and preventive strategies to increase operational efficiency. Collaborate with diverse teams to meet organizational goals and performance benchmarks.

Qualifications

• A diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering is preferred. At least 2 years of relevant maintenance experience. Ability to maintain a positive and resilient demeanor in demanding work situations. A proactive problem-solver capable of handling multiple priorities effectively. Strong interpersonal and analytical abilities along with good numerical reasoning skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint is advantageous. A collaborative team player who can work autonomously with minimal oversight. Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule, including both daytime and nighttime shifts.
