Production Planner

Overview

Become a key member of our innovative team as an Input Planner, where your expertise will be essential in fine-tuning production schedules and ensuring the timely delivery of supplies to fulfill customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement the production plan along with daily input scheduling to align with customer demands. Work collaboratively with stakeholders to simulate, amend, and prepare the 4M (Man/Machine/Material/Method) ahead of time. Track and evaluate production metrics to improve production efficiency and inventory management. Coordinate with internal teams and the production department to guarantee the timely supply of materials. Ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer delivery requirements and manage supplier timelines based on provided forecasts. Identify and apply enhancements to business processes to ensure seamless production flow and reduce disruptions. Maintain the production control system to facilitate efficient operations. Cultivate a customer-focused and service-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field or an equivalent qualification. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL querying, and Power BI. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and VBA, as well as a working knowledge of digital tools in supply chain management, is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to collaborate in a team environment while also demonstrating independence and initiative. A positive attitude in a fast-paced work setting, coupled with strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
