Infrastructure Engineer

Position Overview:

• Deliver comprehensive support and troubleshooting for enterprise infrastructure.
• Oversee management of VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter 8.x environments.
• Provide support for Windows Server 2019 and later versions.
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and WSUS.
• Conduct patch management for both Windows and VMware systems.
• Support HPE Gen11 Servers, MSA 2052 Storage systems, and SAN Switches.
• Implement infrastructure hardening, perform firmware upgrades, and address vulnerability remediation.
• Manage and maintain SSL certificates.
• Carry out basic administration tasks for Linux systems.
• Offer onsite technical support at Ubi Office, Singtel DC West, and StarHub Tai Seng.
• Assist with scheduled Saturday and occasional after-hours tasks as necessary.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure support.
• Extensive experience with VMware and Windows Server systems.
• Familiarity with HPE server, storage, and SAN infrastructure.
• Understanding of patch management and security measures for infrastructure.
• Basic skills in Linux administration.
• Preferred qualifications include MCSE or an equivalent Microsoft certification.
