Position Summary

We are seeking a Researcher / Senior Researcher with a robust background in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing to engage in applied research and development projects while creating impactful AI-driven solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

. Conduct research in the fields of Data Science, NLP, AI, ML, and other emerging AI technologies.

. Design, develop, and assess machine learning models, algorithms, and prototypes.

. Handle both structured and unstructured data, including text and documentation.

. Create solutions that utilize LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and intelligent automation techniques.

. Convert research ideas into proofs of concept (POCs) and practical applications.

. Collaborate effectively with engineers, researchers, and subject matter experts.

. Produce technical reports, research papers, and presentations.

Qualifications

. PhD in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.

. Strong grounding in machine learning, data science, statistics, and experimental research methodologies.

. Proficient in Python with experience using libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.

. Demonstrated experience in evaluating models and interpreting experimental outcomes.

. Excellent research and technical communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

. 2+ years of research or applied R&D experience.

. Experience in NLP tasks: text classification, information extraction, named entity recognition (NER), semantic search, summarization, etc.

. Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, knowledge graphs, or AI agents.

. Publications, patents, or other significant research contributions.
