Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Propose practical alternatives, deviations, exceptions, or clarifications while ensuring compliance with industry codes and customer expectations.
  • Aggregate project requirements upon receiving purchase orders and resolve discrepancies between quotations, technical qualifications, contractual obligations, and project agreements.
  • Work with quotation and project teams to create precise sales order documents that clearly convey customer and project specifications.
  • Facilitate technical discussions, correspondence, and meetings with customers, manufacturing sites, and vendors to ensure clarity on special process needs and provide technical guidance for project execution.
  • Craft project-specific addenda to manufacturing procedures addressing areas such as material testing, heat treatment, welding, painting, non-destructive examination (NDE), and other specialized processes.
  • Assess customer feedback on procedures and coordinate technical clarifications with stakeholders to expedite documentation approval.

  • Assist project management and operational excellence initiatives through various project-related tasks and your technical expertise.
  • Encourage a culture of safety, quality, continuous improvement, and effective cross-functional teamwork.

Who You Are

You possess strong communication skills that enable diverse stakeholders to comprehend technical information and project requirements. You excel in building partnerships and collaborating with others to achieve common goals while nurturing trust and productive relationships. Your integrity and consistency foster confidence and trust among your peers. Qualifications Needed for This Role:

  • In-depth knowledge of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (ASME BPVC), particularly Sections II, V, VIII, and IX.
  • Familiarity with NORSOK M-501 requirements and their application in project specifications.
  • Capability to review, interpret, and apply technical specifications, standards, codes, and customer requirements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multicultural teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Dedication to teamwork, quality, customer focus, and continuous personal development.

Preferred Qualifications That Distinguish You:

  • Knowledge of IOGP S-563, S-705, and S-715 specifications.
  • Experience with pressure relief valve, valve manufacturing, pressure equipment, or engineered-to-order projects.
  • Experience coordinating technical requirements among customers, suppliers, and manufacturing facilities.
  • Ability to create or enhance technical procedures, specifications, and process documentation.
  • Proven track record of contributing to process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
