Workday Integration Analyst

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Workday Integration Analyst to oversee Workday change requests and facilitate the development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of Workday integrations. This role will involve close collaboration with both business and technical stakeholders, as well as HCM and Financials teams, to effectively deliver integration and system modifications.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of Workday change requests, encompassing assessment, development, testing, approval, and deployment.
• Work in partnership with business and technical stakeholders to evaluate change impacts and secure necessary governance approvals.
• Develop and maintain Workday integrations utilizing EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and SOAP/REST web services.
• Conduct requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and provide production support.
• Collaborate with HCM and Financials teams regarding integration requirements and any issues that arise.
• Keep integration documentation, technical specifications, and data mappings up to date.
• Create and execute test scripts for integration modifications.
• Diagnose integration and data mapping challenges and assist in their resolution.
• Ensure that changes and documentation comply with project and Workday standards.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with Workday integrations.
• Familiarity with SOAP, REST, XML, and XSLT.
• Experience in troubleshooting integration issues and resolving them effectively.
• Proficient in preparing technical specifications and test scripts.
• Strong understanding of integration development, testing, deployment, and production support processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
