Quality Audit Manager

Overview

This position emphasizes the management of quality audits while improving compliance within international operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic approach to enhance business processes and maintain adherence to industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in developing the annual internal audit strategy, ensuring alignment with necessary regulatory standards. Execute and oversee internal audits on a global scale, ensuring compliance and resolution of audit findings. Create and sustain performance dashboards for transparent reporting of audit outcomes to pertinent stakeholders. Co-direct the development of external certification strategies and guarantee compliance with process documentation. Assist in quality management project initiatives and act as the primary contact for quality-related inquiries.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or a related discipline. At least 3 years of experience in Quality Management or a comparable field. Knowledge of AS91XX internal auditing standards and EASA principles. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a talent for providing long-term recommendations. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to engaging stakeholders.
