Senior Facilities Executive (Commercial | Soft Services)

Job Opportunity:

Adecco is collaborating with a leading Global Real Estate & Property Developer

Position Overview:

• Manage and direct a team of 8-9 M&E technicians, offering technical support and ensuring that operational KPIs are achieved.
• Supervise the daily operations and upkeep of building M&E systems, which include electrical systems, ACMV, generators, fire protection systems, lifts, escalators, and plumbing.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, breakdowns, work orders, repair or replacement tasks, and maintenance contracts.
• Handle vendor and contractor management involving ITQs, tender specifications, quotation assessments, site inspections, and rectification tasks.
• Coordinate M&E upgrade, AEI, and enhancement projects in collaboration with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in OPEX/CAPEX planning and ensure that maintenance activities are executed within budget and timelines.
• Supervise M&E-related tenancy activities, which include drawing evaluations, fitting-out processes, handover/takeover procedures, reinstatement, and inspections.
• Ensure adherence to Green Mark standards, EHS, Permit-to-Work (PTW), and applicable statutory regulations.
• Monitor fire alarm systems, lift malfunctions, licenses, permits, and other documentation related to building operations.
• Engage with tenants, consultants, vendors, and internal teams regarding M&E and operational matters related to the building.

Candidate Profile:

• Diploma or Degree in engineering, building services, or property management
• 3-5 years of practical experience in managing soft services for commercial buildings
• Supervisory experience is preferred
