Position Overview: As a Sales Associate, you will act as a representative of our brand, delivering a sophisticated and personalized experience to each client. Your contributions are vital to enhancing boutique performance through engaging customer interactions, compelling storytelling, and building lasting relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide a luxury shopping experience by showcasing extensive product knowledge and exceptional service
• Establish and maintain enduring relationships with both new and returning customers, including VIP clientele
• Meet individual and store sales goals through proficient cross-selling and upselling strategies
• Ensure the store is impeccably presented, with visual merchandising and cleanliness aligned with Mikimoto's brand standards
• Process transactions accurately and discreetly, including handling POS systems, invoicing, and gift wrapping
• Engage in stock management tasks, including receiving merchandise, replenishing inventory, and conducting cycle counts
• Assist with boutique operations, client engagement initiatives, and event preparations
• Stay informed about the brand's history, craftsmanship, and new collection releases to effectively educate clients

Qualifications:

• At least 1–2 years of retail experience, ideally in luxury, jewelry, or high-end fashion
• Dedicated to providing outstanding service and conveying stories through products
• Exhibit a well-groomed, polished, and professional appearance, complemented by excellent communication skills
• Able to thrive in a dynamic, boutique-style environment with elevated service expectations
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
