Product Manager

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Product Manager to oversee the execution and management of products within one of our essential corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement product strategies tailored for key corporate functions.
• Design and oversee product roadmaps, emphasizing sustainability and reusability across Whole-of-Government (WOG) initiatives.
• Engage with business users to collect, assess, and align business needs.
• Collaborate with development teams to convert these business needs into practical features.
• Proactively identify and resolve product-related challenges.
• Continuously refine products to ensure they remain operationally relevant.
• Manage stakeholder expectations while facilitating effective communication across various teams.
• Supervise daily product operations and champion performance enhancements.
• Conduct training sessions for primary business users and end users.
• Track and report progress through consistent updates and management reporting.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with practical experience in managing product roadmaps and day-to-day operations. They should demonstrate strategic thinking to ensure the long-term success of products in alignment with changing corporate needs.

Requirements

Work Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management and operational roles, ideally within corporate or enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated capability to lead and motivate teams in a complex, multi-stakeholder landscape.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at various levels.
• Ability to adapt and perform effectively in situations characterized by uncertainty.
• Quick to learn with the capability to comprehend and synthesize complex information swiftly.
• Strong project management acumen with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience in gathering requirements, crafting user stories, and managing product backlogs.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the overall product development lifecycle.
