Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing & Evaluation

• Identify, engage, and assess potential candidates within the Retail & Hospitality sectors
• Review resumes and perform initial interviews to evaluate candidate fit

Engagement with Clients & Candidates

• Collaborate with hiring managers to gain insights into their requirements and workplace culture
• Develop enduring relationships with candidates, offering career advice and industry knowledge

Job Placement & Matching

• Align candidates with job openings based on their skills, values, and career goals
• Facilitate interviews, provide constructive feedback, and support candidates throughout the recruitment process

Industry Insights & Support

• Stay informed about developments in the retail and hospitality industries
• Assist with team projects, engage in market mapping, and participate in relevant industry events

Qualifications We Seek

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service within the hospitality sector
• Strong enthusiasm for Retail & Hospitality alongside a genuine interest in talent acquisition
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Dynamic, motivated, and capable of succeeding in a performance-driven environment
