Boutique Manager I Luxury Retail

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Boutique Manager to oversee the daily functions and enhance the commercial performance of our store. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading a sales team, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring adherence to operational protocols and visual merchandising standards in accordance with brand specifications.

Essential Duties:

• Inspire, lead, and motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives and store KPIs
• Assess and manage individual team performance, fostering discipline and accountability
• Deliver a consistent and positive brand experience to every customer
• Implement effective visual merchandising and compelling product displays to enhance customer interaction and sales
• Ensure compliance across all facets of store operations including customer service, safety, loss prevention, and HR policies
• Supervise inventory management and replenishment, reducing discrepancies and ensuring stock accuracy
• Engage in and promote training and development initiatives tailored to the needs of the team and individuals

Qualifications:

• Diploma or higher in a relevant field
• Minimum of 10 years in retail, including at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
• Sales-oriented, resilient, and adept at working under pressure
• Outstanding communication skills
