Techno-Functional BA (Banking)

Primary Duties

• Collect and assess business requirements for Futures & Options clearing and Backoffice systems.
• Engage with departments such as F&O Business, Marketing, Client Solutions, and Operations to identify their needs.
• Partner with international technology teams on requirement gathering, project timelines, and testing processes.
• Oversee relationships with external vendors that provide clearing and Backoffice solutions.
• Coordinate and prioritize requests from various stakeholders across different regions to ensure prompt delivery.

Essential Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Futures, Options, and Cleared Derivatives.
• Proficient in analyzing and assessing technical solutions for their effectiveness.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software management practices.
• Commitment to achieving the best possible business results.
• Adept at decomposing complex issues and making timely decisions.
• Experience in developing standard operating procedures to resolve recurring challenges.
