Solution Architect - Workday Financials Functional

Job Title: Workday Financials Functional Solution Architect

1. A minimum of 10–15 years of experience in ERP and functional solution architecture.
2. In-depth knowledge and proficiency in Workday Financials functional solution architecture, including implementation and configuration.
3. Oversee functional solution design that aligns with business needs, enterprise architecture, and Workday best practices.
4. Administer Workday Financials modules such as Financial Accounting (FINACCT), Customers, Procurement, Business Assets, Banking Settlement, and Projects.
5. Perform thorough business requirement analysis, fit-gap evaluations, solution design, and functional process mapping.
6. Direct comprehensive implementation initiatives, encompassing configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
7. Solid understanding of financial processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and asset management.
8. Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, report creation, extensions, and system improvements.
9. Utilize Workday's configurable reporting and standard SaaS functionalities to provide effective business solutions.
10. Offer functional guidance in areas such as SAP FICO, MM, PP, and Oracle AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, PO, and OM as necessary.
11. Oversee project teams, vendors, timelines, risks, and delivery milestones to guarantee successful implementation.
12. Engage with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance process efficiency.
13. Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities are critical.
14. PMP certification and experience in consulting with Big Four firms, Accenture, IBM, or similar organizations are preferred.
