Job Description
Position Summary
We are looking for a talented and knowledgeable Junior Dot NET Engineer to become a vital part of our team for a large-scale support maintenance initiative. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in .NET technologies, specifically C#, Angular, and SQL Server, and will contribute to the development team by ensuring project success and upholding exceptional software quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development team working with core .NET technologies, including C#, Angular, and SQL Server.
- Work collaboratively with Agile team members to address and resolve any technical challenges.
- Engage in hands-on development while also supporting, maintaining, or enhancing existing applications.
- Participate in production support for incidents and serve as a technical expert for others regarding new technologies and design methodologies.
- Promote the elimination of redundant processes and code.
- Maintain regular communication with project managers, reviewing and approving documentation and diagrams produced by the IT team.
- Oversee the BUA/RTB work queues to ensure the successful execution of the project.
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience with the .NET platform, including familiarity with .NET 4.5.
- Experience in Public Sector or Government projects is essential.
- Strong understanding of version control systems, web development, and project estimation and planning.
- Familiarity with technologies such as JQuery, JavaScript, AJAX, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, and AngularJS is preferred.
- Experience in high-performing teams throughout the complete development lifecycle.
- Availability to start with minimal notice.
Preferred Certifications
- ITIL, AWS, CSM, MCSD, TOGAF, GCP.
