Electrical Engineer

Brief Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design, test, and validate electrical systems for commercial food equipment and refrigeration products. Manage design criteria and offer technical support to both internal teams and external clients. Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing partners to conduct product design evaluations and testing for cost efficiency and manufacturability. Oversee the design and testing of cold equipment to meet project specifications. Ensure that products comply with necessary certifications (e.g., UL, CE, EMI/EMC) throughout the development process. Select and troubleshoot electrical components to ensure they meet performance and safety standards. Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including specifications and manuals. Enhance knowledge transfer through product training and assessments to guarantee reliability. Apply hands-on skills in electrical wiring, panel assembly, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field. 2-10 years of experience in electrical design within the refrigeration, HVAC, or similar appliance sectors. In-depth knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical safety, motor control, and embedded control systems. Proficient in CAD software. Familiarity with industry standards such as UL and IEC. Practical experience with electrical testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
