M&E Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated M&E Services Supervisor to join our vibrant team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing project coordination and ensuring that tasks are executed efficiently and on schedule. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate M&E services operations, working collaboratively with different departments to meet project timelines. Manage project supervision and ensure thorough documentation is maintained. Collaborate with subcontractors and consultants to obtain method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and track work progress. Participate in progress, site, and project meetings as necessary. Ensure all activities comply with applicable standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations. Contribute to the comprehensive project planning and scheduling for M&E works. Take on any additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required. Prior experience in Alterations and Additions (A&A) and projects involving office buildings is highly desirable.
