Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of corporate banking and trade finance operations to achieve revenue goals. Create credit proposals and perform in-depth credit analysis of corporate clients. Prepare legal documentation for a variety of credit facilities, such as loan agreements and guarantees. Engage in negotiations with corporate clients and legal representatives regarding documentation for facilities. Identify and connect with prospective corporate clients through targeted marketing strategies. Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations and legal requirements in banking practices. Nurture existing client relationships while effectively managing new corporate accounts. Contribute to budget development and provide insights for long-term strategic planning concerning assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• A degree from a recognized university in Finance, Accountancy, or Business Administration. At least 15 years of substantial experience in corporate banking and trade finance. Extensive knowledge of credit analysis, legal frameworks associated with banking products, and KYC documentation processes. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to customize banking solutions to meet client needs. Demonstrated marketing skills and a creative approach to boost customer satisfaction.
