Solution Architect

The Solutions Architect (SA) plays a pivotal role in pre-sales by serving as a technical authority and trusted consultant in cloud solutions. With a comprehensive understanding of IT and industry dynamics, the SA is tasked with crafting customized solutions, facilitating successful project rollouts, and advising customers and partners on developing applications and services utilizing the cloud platform.

Job Overview

• Examine market dynamics, client requirements, and industry challenges to deliver insights and competitive solutions.
• Engage with influential decision-makers to foster trust, comprehend needs, and pinpoint business opportunities.
• Design and execute customized cloud solutions, encompassing product selection, proof of concept strategies, and risk management.
• Work in tandem with stakeholders to resolve technical or project-related issues and guarantee successful implementation.
• Create and disseminate best practices, architectural templates, and training resources for internal teams and partners.
• Offer constructive feedback on product enhancements and champion new features to boost competitiveness.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in architectural design, consulting, or pre-sales positions.
• Robust technical knowledge in cloud migration, optimization, and architectural design.
• Expertise in computing, networking, storage, big data, AI/ML, DevOps, or agile methodologies.
• Outstanding communication skills in both English and Mandarin (both spoken and written).
• Customer-centric mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: Industry experience in Financial Services, Retail, Web3.0, or Media, along with skills in public speaking or partner collaboration.
