Job Description

As a key member of the Regional Finance Leadership team, your responsibilities will include:

• Serving as a reliable finance advisor to business leaders for strategic and operational decision-making.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance profitability, drive growth, and optimize capital allocation.
• Leading monthly evaluations of business performance, delivering actionable financial insights.
• Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and the establishment of financial targets.
• Conducting thorough P&L analysis, identifying risks and opportunities, and proposing corrective measures.
• Assisting with investment assessments, business case development, scenario modeling, and strategic initiatives.
• Ensuring robust governance, financial discipline, and compliance with corporate policies.
• Championing continuous improvement initiatives through data analytics, dashboards, and advanced reporting capabilities.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Controlling, Commercial Finance, or similar roles.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or MBA are highly regarded.
• Extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and business planning.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and constructively challenge business decisions.
• Expertise in financial modeling, Excel, Power BI, SAP, and various financial planning tools.
