Senior IT Specialist (SAP SuccessFactors)

Position Overview

Become a vital part of our innovative team as a Senior Specialist, where your role will focus on configuring and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors solutions to advance HR technology initiatives. Leverage your knowledge to foster ongoing improvements and align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the authority on SAP SuccessFactors modules (such as Employee Central, Recruitment, and Performance). Spearhead the comprehensive configuration, implementation, and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. Address intricate system challenges with minimal impact on business functions while complying with service level agreements. Collaborate with HR executives to collect requirements and create scalable solutions. Initiate efforts for system optimization, process automation, and continuous enhancement of HR operations. Ensure data governance, compliance, and system integrity are maintained. Oversee release cycles, including testing methodologies and deployment strategies. Create and update extensive documentation, such as process flows and user manuals. Facilitate user training and knowledge-sharing workshops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience in SAP SuccessFactors support and implementation. A minimum of 3-4 full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects with post-go-live support experience. Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications are a plus. Expertise in system configuration, troubleshooting, and release management. Familiarity with XML-based configuration and HR system logic. Basic understanding of integration with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA) is advantageous. Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail. Capability to work both independently and as part of a team. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). A strong desire to learn new technologies in a fast-paced work environment.
