Job Overview

We are in search of a Salesforce Developer/Administrator to enhance and maintain our Salesforce platform. This position will prioritize system health, user support, and continuous platform enhancements.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and sustain Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative configurations.
• Oversee the Salesforce environment, including user management, security protocols, access models, profiles, permission sets, data quality, and regular platform maintenance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to convert business needs into scalable, effectively architected solutions.
• Create and maintain integrations between Salesforce and related systems (such as middleware, Power Automate, and downstream applications).
• Engage in the DevOps lifecycle, including source control (GitHub), CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), release management, and automated testing.
• Identify and resolve production issues, providing primarily BAU support and conducting root-cause analysis.
• Keep technical documentation up to date and adhere to platform standards, governance, and best practices.
• Work collaboratively with and mentor team members within the platform team.

Essential Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer and Administrator (typically 3+ years).
• Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flow development.
• Thorough expertise in administration: security models, sharing rules, data management, and configuration.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and API-driven data exchange.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (Git-based source control, CI/CD, deployment automation).
• Able to work independently within a complex enterprise environment and rapidly grasp existing processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the capability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
