System Administrator (Windows & Linux)

We are in search of a System Administrator to oversee and enhance our enterprise Windows and Linux infrastructures, while actively participating in infrastructure development and migration initiatives.

Your role will encompass ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our server environments, facilitating daily operations, and collaborating with project teams to implement infrastructure upgrades, deployments, and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage Windows Server and Linux environments across enterprise systems.
• Oversee Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, PKI, and Microsoft Entra ID Connect.
• Conduct server installation, configuration, patching, security hardening, and performance enhancement.
• Assist with endpoint management, software deployment, asset inventory, and patch management.
• Support infrastructure provisioning, system upgrades, migrations, and platform decommissioning.
• Facilitate project implementation, user acceptance testing (UAT), production deployment, and go-live events.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 infrastructure incidents, ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
• Execute root cause analysis and escalate complex technical challenges as necessary.
• Maintain technical documentation, including build guides, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
• Engage in change management processes and ensure accurate configuration records are kept.
• Collaborate with project managers, infrastructure engineers, and application teams to achieve project milestones.
• Propose and implement process enhancements to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a System Administrator or Infrastructure Administrator role.
• Practical experience supporting Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Linux (RHEL, CentOS, or AlmaLinux).
• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, PKI, and Microsoft Entra ID Connect.
• Experience with endpoint management solutions such as ManageEngine Endpoint Central.
• Background in supporting infrastructure upgrades, server migrations, or implementation projects.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or Jira Service Management.
• Comprehension of ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management processes.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities, documentation skills, and effective communication.
• Capable of balancing operational support with project-related responsibilities.

• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
• Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
