Material Handler / Warehouse Operator (Fresh Graduates & No Experience Welcome)

• Execute inbound and outbound operations within the warehouse environment.
• Accurately receive, inspect, sort, label, and store incoming products.
• Pick, pack, and prepare shipments in accordance with established work instructions.
• Utilize appropriate material handling equipment for loading and unloading goods.
• Handle and transport cartons or materials weighing up to 15–20 kg as part of daily activities in the warehouse.
• Conduct stock counts, cycle counts, and perform inventory checks.
• Carry out visual inspections of products and report any discrepancies or damaged goods.
• Utilize handheld scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) to update inventory transactions as required.
• Maintain precise inventory records and ensure proper handling of stock.
• Adhere to workplace safety protocols and warehouse operational procedures.
• Uphold cleanliness and organizational standards (5S) within the warehouse facility.
• Assist with various warehouse responsibilities as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or inventory operations is preferred.
• Capable of performing manual handling tasks in a warehouse setting.
• Basic computer skills are advantageous.
• A valid Singapore Forklift Licence is beneficial but not a requirement.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to work at various warehouse locations throughout Singapore based on operational requirements.
