Digital Marketing Specialist

This leading financial institution specializing in payment technology is expanding its reach into new business sectors. We are currently seeking an innovative and commercially savvy Digital Marketing Specialist.

Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will craft and execute marketing strategies that are aligned with business objectives, driven by data, and focused on the customer experience to foster growth in a competitive digital and fintech environment. You will oversee the digital marketing operations and leverage various digital channels to generate demand and acquire users. Your responsibilities will include promoting app growth, generating B2B leads, and optimizing the website. Collaboration with sales and other departments will be essential to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing and sales efforts.

Requirements

Applicants should hold a degree and possess a demonstrated history of success in digital marketing and B2B lead generation. Familiarity with performance marketing tools (such as Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager) and SEO tools is highly desirable. While experience in payments, financial services, consumer internet, FMCG, and/or financial technology is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement. The ideal candidate will be passionate, entrepreneurial, proactive, commercially minded, and adept at thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
