Job Title: System Engineer

Work Location: Alexandra

Contract Duration: 12 Months (with potential for renewal)

Required Experience: 2-4 years

Key Responsibilities:

Unified Communications System Support

• Ensure the seamless operation of Unified Communications systems through preventive maintenance and diligent follow-up on issue resolution.

• Address user needs and collaborate with vendors to deliver effective solutions.

• Coordinate with various departments to facilitate the smooth execution of processes and procedures.

Project Implementation:

• Strategically plan technical deliverables, including system enhancements and upgrades, to fulfill project specifications within the designated budget and timeline.

• Organize resource allocation and utilization across multiple projects and quarterly releases.

• Collaborate with different application teams and international counterparts to manage technical dependencies throughout the project delivery cycle.

• Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to technical project delivery.

Qualifications:

1. Proficient in administering NICE Engage Voice Recording systems.

2. Background in various roles including Service Delivery, Vendor Management, and Incident/Change Management.
