Temenos Project Manager

Position Summary:

We are on the lookout for a highly qualified and seasoned Manager to guide a team of five specialists within the Private Wealth Management IT sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and deployment of solutions across various streams, ensuring adherence to the highest quality standards, implementation of best practices, and effective project management.

Core Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Oversight
• Direct and manage a team of five specialists in the designated stream.
• Encourage the professional growth of team members and promote a high-performance workplace.
• Facilitate regular meetings with the team and stakeholders to monitor project advancements and resolve obstacles.
• Project Management & Delivery
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions within the Private Wealth Management IT sector.
• Establish and apply best practices, standards, and processes to guarantee quality solution delivery.
• Oversee project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
• Conduct workshops to collect requirements, showcase solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate training and rollout processes effectively for any changes in the business.
• Collaborate with all pertinent stakeholders regarding project management and governance issues.
• Strategic & Financial Oversight
• Manage budget execution and provide precise forecasting within the functional area.
• Ensure that technology solutions are aligned with business objectives.

Position Requirements:

• Industry & Technical Knowledge
• Demonstrated experience in the Private Wealth Management sector.
• In-depth knowledge of Temenos banking products (preferred).
• A background in banking or financial services is highly desirable.
• Project Management Expertise
• Proficiency in Project Management with practical experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and traditional approaches (Waterfall).
• Capability to successfully lead projects while managing competing priorities.
• Leadership & Communication Skills
• At least 3–5 years of experience managing an IT team.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and motivate team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively tackle complex challenges.
