Key Responsibilities

• Create, configure, and sustain BIM models in alignment with project specifications and execution strategies. Oversee model data, parameters, attributes, and guarantee precision for interoperability. Enable model exchanges between ArchiCAD and various software applications. Export models in IFC format according to project-specific guidelines. Conduct clash detection and assist in Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) initiatives. Collaborate on BIM models with architects, consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders. Examine and resolve coordination challenges to ensure precision and constructability. Leverage BIM tools to enhance project documentation and coordination. Confirm that models and documentation comply with drafting standards and local regulations. Manage multiple responsibilities while upholding exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. Promote ongoing enhancement of BIM workflows and adhere to quality benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, BIM, Architectural Technology, Building, or a related field. 3 to 5+ years of pertinent BIM experience, ideally in an architectural consultancy or construction setting. Expertise in Graphisoft ArchiCAD modeling and documentation; certification in Graphisoft ArchiCAD is a plus. Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and familiar with architectural drafting standards. Basic understanding of Revit, SketchUp, and Solibri. Knowledge of local regulations and BIM standards. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with BIM models and data. Self-driven, resourceful, and skilled in both independent and collaborative work. Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a capacity to meet deadlines.
