Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple simultaneous programs and projects across the APAC region.
• Lead comprehensive program management activities, encompassing planning, tracking, governance, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate closely with technical product management and engineering teams to gain insights into current tools and workflows.
• Identify opportunities for workflow enhancements and assist in standardizing processes and systems.
• Convert business needs into actionable workstreams and coordinate execution across various teams.
• Serve as the main business liaison among several cross-functional groups, including teams located in the USA and regional APAC teams.
• Implement project tracking tools, establish milestones, and provide status reports and management resources.
• Support project scheduling, coordination, and governance activities.
• Track project timelines (typically in 90-day cycles) and proactively assess risks and dependencies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce or digital publishing.
• 5-8 years of experience in Program Management, with a proven ability to manage multiple programs at once.
• Comfortable working with technical teams and possessing a solid understanding of system workflows.
• Proficient in driving initiatives for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional communication abilities.
• Capable of connecting diverse workstreams, documenting processes, and ensuring accountability.
• Strong background in supporting CMS platforms, publishing systems, or digital asset management solutions.
• Familiarity with quality control, validation, or publishing workflows.
• Experience with workflow mapping tools such as Miro.
• Able to collaborate with global teams across different regions and time zones.
