Supply Chain Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process inquiries, quotations, and sales orders in a timely manner while ensuring that customer requirements are fulfilled. Generate purchase orders upon receipt of customer orders. Maintain communication with customers regarding order updates, product availability, and any inquiries. Keep thorough documentation related to sales activities, including invoices, quotations, purchase orders, contracts, and reports. Collaborate with various internal teams and external partners, such as logistics, production, and finance, to facilitate effective order fulfillment. Create and interpret sales reports to gain insights and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends. Identify and address challenges in the sales process, including discrepancies and customer complaints. Prepare and oversee export documentation, such as invoices and customs declarations. Understand and apply Incoterms to clarify responsibilities and risks associated with shipments. Ensure adherence to export regulations and trade laws for both originating and destination countries. Coordinate international logistics in partnership with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery. Assist in customs clearance by providing accurate documentation to guarantee smooth transit through checkpoints. Assess potential risks in shipments and devise strategies to mitigate them. Negotiate shipping rates and terms with logistics partners to maximize cost efficiency. Implement tools that provide real-time visibility into shipment status for proactive issue management.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. At least 3 years of experience in supply chain logistics and order processing. Demonstrated negotiation skills with both internal stakeholders and service providers. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Familiarity with the SAP system. Ability to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
