Regulatory Compliance Support Specialist, Public Policies (12 months contract)

Our client is a prominent global technology firm with a significant footprint in Singapore and the broader APAC region. This organization collaborates extensively with government entities and regulatory bodies on issues related to public policy, compliance, and regulatory frameworks, and is currently seeking a Compliance Operations Analyst to enhance its operations in Singapore.

This position is a contractual role lasting 12 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the management of regulatory and compliance responsibilities in Singapore.
• Assist with statutory reporting and handle regulatory Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Oversee various compliance projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate effectively with Legal, Operations, Public Policy, and other internal departments.
• Engage with government agencies and regulators to address information requests.
• Ensure the maintenance of comprehensive documentation, trackers, and case files.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, public policy, or similar roles, ideally within the technology industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• In-depth understanding of Singapore's regulatory environment.
• Experience collaborating with government agencies, regulators, or managing regulatory submissions is highly desirable.
• Exceptional project management, coordination, and organizational capabilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple deadlines autonomously.
• Proficient in using spreadsheets, trackers, or project management applications.
