Investment & Strategy Manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Strategic Development: Formulate medium to long-term investment strategies, encompassing market analysis, cash flow projections, and initiatives aimed at value enhancement.
• Transaction Oversight: Oversee the complete investment process, from identifying opportunities and coordinating due diligence to structuring deals, negotiating terms, and finalizing agreements.
• Market & Risk Assessment: Monitor industry dynamics, regulatory developments, and potential risks, applying mitigation strategies to safeguard investments.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate effectively with internal departments (such as finance and operations) and foster robust relationships with financial entities, regulatory bodies, and external partners.
• Performance Analysis: Create and deliver investment performance reports, offering actionable insights to the executive team.
• Advisory Services: Provide strategic recommendations and insights to stakeholders to inform critical investment and growth decisions.
