Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Assess customer and project specifications related to special processes, identify necessary requirements, and suggest alternatives, deviations, clarifications, or exceptions to ensure compliance with specifications and applicable code requirements.
- Aggregate requirements upon receipt of the Purchase Order (PO); address discrepancies between quoted exceptions, technical qualification processes, customer POs, and agreements established during the customer kickoff meeting.
- After order confirmation, collaborate with the quotation team to craft detailed sales order texts that effectively communicate customer and project requirements to the factory sales order.
- Engage in support calls, written correspondence, and technical meetings with customers, factories, and vendors to provide expert opinions on special process requirements, ensuring alignment among all parties involved.
- Draft addendums for factory and vendor manufacturing procedures focused on material testing, heat treatment, welding, painting, NDE, and other special processes, outlining specific project requirements for customer approval.
- Analyze and interpret customer-modified procedures and initiate technical clarifications with customers, factories, and sub-suppliers to ensure project documentation is approved.
- Develop new special procedures or specifications where existing documents cannot meet project needs, including but not limited to corrosion testing, heat treatment, welding, painting, NDE, and other special processes.
- Offer additional support as required to assist in achieving PMO objectives related to project activities.

Qualifications Required for This Role:
- 5 to 10 years of practical experience with special processes, such as coating, welding, NDE, casting, heat treatment, etc., within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Solid understanding of ASME BPVC (Sections II, V, VIII, IX) and NORSOK M501 standards.
- Familiarity with IOGP S-563, S-705, S-715 is preferred.
- Capacity to absorb and understand technical details and achieve technical proficiency in the above-mentioned special processes.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and independent judgment to navigate ambiguity.
- Excellent professional communication skills (reading, writing, and verbal) suitable for diverse cultures and languages.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset is essential.
