Business Technology Director

About the Role
We are seeking a Business Technology Director with a robust background in advising CIOs and CTOs while leading technology transformations. The ideal candidate will possess a track record of successful IT strategy development, IT operating model design, cloud transformation initiatives, or enterprise architecture roadmaps that enhance IT's capacity to deliver significant business outcomes. You should have a demonstrated ability to cultivate client relationships by crafting solutions and improvement strategies that address business challenges, alongside leading teams in strategy and transformation projects.

• What You'll Do: Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders to grasp their business and technology needs, often serving as an advocate, mediator, or thought leader.
• Develop technology strategies and roadmaps that assist clients in transitioning to modern operating models and platforms.
• A strong commitment to Sustainable IT and Technology.
• Architecting and implementing contemporary platform-based architectures.
• Spotting opportunities to reduce technology costs and leverage potential advantages.
• Leading and managing cross-functional teams, both locally and virtually.
• Collaborating with Business Development Executives to identify and cultivate new opportunities.

• What You'll Bring: Over 10 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise, and digital architecture.
• Extensive consulting experience.
• Relevant expertise in IT/Digital Strategy, IT/Digital Operating Model, IT Service Management, and Cost Optimization.
• Experience in cloud advisory and strategy, cloud operating models, cloud transformation design, CxO cloud coaching, cloud business case and benefits modeling, cloud adoption, and digital workplace transformation (O365).
• Knowledge in Enterprise Architecture, Digital Architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), Application Rationalization and Modernization, and API Strategy/Management.
• Technology Implementation Roadmap creation.
• Alignment of Business and Technology.
• Agile and DevOps Transformation experience.
• Relevant certifications in Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Agile (SPC, SA, SAFe Architect).
• Experience with outsourcing and shared services.
• Strong planning, organization, and resource management skills.
• Experience across various sectors.
• Exceptional communication, client management, and negotiation abilities.
