Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and engage in comprehensive projects for the implementation of systems
• Collaborate with Architects, Security, and Development Leads to ensure that solution designs adhere to enterprise design principles, security measures, and control standards
• Coordinate with application teams across various groups and countries to develop enhancements in line with the technical solution strategy
• Evaluate user requirements and translate them into design documentation and other system records that capture essential design decisions
• Organize technical deliverables, execute design and development tasks to fulfill project requirements within established timelines
• Conduct data mapping and process mapping in conjunction with interfacing applications
• Promptly escalate issues affecting project schedules and suggest alternatives or solutions
• Draft technical documentation for the solutions. Ensure timely, thorough, and precise documentation as needed
• Test, maintain, and recommend software enhancements to guarantee robust functionality and optimization
• Collaborate with production support team members to perform root cause analysis of issues, review both new and existing code, and conduct unit testing
• Work closely with Test Management teams to ensure successful completion of SIT, UAT, performance/load testing, and application security testing with quality outcomes
• Coordinate with other application teams and business users to prepare test cases and test data before testing in UAT and Mock Run environments
• Oversee project change request approvals and manage deployment schedules
• Provide technical and testing support before and after production deployment
• Coordinate with various units across IT and Business within the organization
• Manage external vendors to ensure project delivery meets deadlines
