Key Duties

• Oversee a portfolio of corporate clients, driving business development and relationship enhancement. Assess client requirements and deliver integrated banking solutions, particularly within syndicated loan offerings. Target emerging industries such as the Digital Economy, Artificial Intelligence, Renewable Energy, and Advanced Manufacturing. Perform financial analyses and credit evaluations while actively monitoring client exposures. Partner with compliance and risk management teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies. Meet business objectives related to loan growth, deposit increase, fee revenue, and overall profitability. Assist with international initiatives and explore group-synergy opportunities as necessary.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline. Prior experience as a lead-arranger or co-arranger in syndicated loan products. Significant experience as a lender or participant in syndicated loans, with a robust understanding of credit risk evaluation and risk management. Demonstrated expertise in business development and managing client relationships. In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and risk governance frameworks. Results-driven with a proactive mindset and the ability to work autonomously.
