Senior Application Specialist (Signal monitoring)

Key Responsibilities

This position serves as a technical advisor in a customer-facing capacity, encompassing both presales and post-sales support. The specialist will assist clients in comprehending and implementing solutions related to signal monitoring, 5G technologies, and communication systems, while also providing ongoing support following deployment. We seek an individual with robust system-level expertise in the following areas:

• Signal identification and monitoring
• Signal processing
• Transmitters and receivers
• Antennas and direction finding
• Critical communications or two-way radio systems

The role involves approximately 70% application support and 30% account management, which includes presales consultation, post-sales assistance, and the identification of new customer opportunities.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Practical experience with comprehensive signal-monitoring systems.
• Strong technical advisory skills combined with excellent customer-facing abilities.
• Willingness to travel throughout the APAC region.
• Experience from equipment vendors or solution providers where you have personally designed, configured, tested, or supported these systems.
