Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements for an array of investment entities and holding companies. Facilitate financial reporting for private equity funds and investment holding companies. Aggregate financial outcomes from portfolio companies, special purpose vehicles (SPVs), investment funds, and international entities. Engage in month-end closing procedures and ensure reconciliation of intercompany balances among group entities. Assist in statutory reporting and fulfill regulatory filing requirements as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent qualification such as ACCA. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of pertinent accounting experience. Familiarity with consolidation, audit, fund accounting, or group reporting is considered a plus.
