Credit Insurance Specialist/ Telesales

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate proactive outreach to customers through outbound calls to present and promote a variety of Credit Insurance products.
• Enhance sales performance by achieving and surpassing individual and team KPIs related to sales, quality, and productivity.
• Engage customers confidently—skillfully manage objections and successfully close sales using persuasive communication techniques.
• Establish and nurture strong customer relationships by providing professional service and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Maintain an extensive level of product knowledge to effectively communicate product advantages and customize solutions to meet customer requirements.

Requirements

• At least a GCE A-Level qualification.
• A highly motivated, energetic, and target-driven individual with a strong interest in sales.
• A team player who can effectively contribute to a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
• Certification in CMFAS Modules M5 and M9 is mandatory.
