Job Description
- Prepare, laminate, shape, proof, and bake Viennoiseries to adhere to quality benchmarks.
- Maintain uniformity in product size, texture, and flavor during daily production.
- Execute mise en place, fillings, and finishing with precision and meticulous attention to detail.
- Adhere to established recipes and SOPs to uphold artisanal quality.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in the workspace and on equipment.
- Assist in daily production schedules, manage ingredient usage effectively, and minimize waste.
- Prior experience in lamination or Viennoiserie production is beneficial (training will be provided).
