Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome each customer and actively engage with them, nurturing strong and lasting connections from the moment they step into the store
• Provide outstanding, personalized service that embodies the brand's values and elevates the overall shopping experience
• Meet sales objectives and KPI benchmarks established by the Store Manager through proactive selling techniques and customer interaction
• Uphold brand standards in grooming, visual merchandising, and packaging, ensuring adherence to global guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in fashion retail
• A true enthusiasm for customer service and a customer-focused approach.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships at all organizational levels.
• Applicants must be Singaporean.
