IT Specialist/Support (Built Environment Sector)

Our client, a prestigious Award-Winning Architecture Firm, is seeking a talented individual to join their team as an IT Specialist/Support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver daily Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to employees, addressing desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, mobile devices, and additional IT equipment
• Identify and resolve hardware, software, operating system, connectivity, and peripheral-related challenges
• Offer assistance for common workplace applications, such as Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and other business tools
• Help users with account access, password management, permissions, and general system inquiries
• Set up and configure laptops, desktops, user accounts, and IT equipment for new hires
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes from an IT perspective
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot software and hardware systems
• Assist with basic network, Wi-Fi, printer, and connectivity troubleshooting
• Keep accurate records and inventory of IT hardware, software licenses, and equipment

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Approximately 2-5 years of relevant experience in IT support, helpdesk, or desktop support
• Solid hands-on experience with Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and standard workplace IT systems
• Proficiency in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, monitors, software, and connectivity issues
