Technical Architect - J2EE

We are seeking a Java Solution Architect / Technical Lead with over 12 years of experience in Java/J2EE development, including a minimum of 5 years in a Solution Architect or Technical Lead role, to design and implement large-scale enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Extensive hands-on knowledge of Java versions 8, 11, 17, and 21, as well as proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Microservices, and RESTful APIs.
• Design and create scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems tailored for enterprise applications.
• Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including database performance optimization, application security, OAuth2, and JWT.
• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and contemporary software development practices.
• Lead the technical design process, make architecture decisions, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide production support.
• Offer technical guidance, mentor engineering teams, and promote best practices throughout development projects.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams in Agile settings.
• Ensure that application solutions align with standards for quality, reliability, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Strong experience with testing and quality engineering tools such as JUnit, Mockito, and SonarQube.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to navigate complex technical challenges and deliver enterprise solutions on schedule.
