Product Development Engineer

Position Overview

We are looking for a committed professional to focus on cost analysis and enhance productivity, playing a vital role in engineering projects and process enhancements. This position requires working closely with diverse teams to advance impactful R&D projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in cost analysis and productivity assessment to streamline operations and minimize waste. Assist R&D engineering teams in achieving project goals and deadlines. Participate in product evaluation, testing, and initiatives for process improvement. Examine engineering data and support in resolving product and process challenges. Track process performance to guarantee compliance with quality and operational criteria. Produce essential technical reports, documentation, and records. Assess new materials, equipment, and technologies to improve products and processes. Maintain effective communication with team members on R&D projects and facilitate technical discussions to ensure alignment with engineering objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Materials, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Self-starter with the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities. Dependable and able to work independently as well as collaboratively. Positive demeanor and readiness to work in a cleanroom environment.
