Our client is a reputable main contractor with a proven history of successfully executing extensive building and development ventures in Singapore. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and orchestrate M&E site operations, collaborating with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Engage with consultants and contractors regarding drawings, technical submissions, RFIs, materials, and method statements.
• Supervise M&E progress, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to approved drawings and regulatory standards.
• Manage M&E project schedules, workforce, site coordination, and subcontractor efficiency.
• Evaluate subcontractor claims, variations, material submissions, and technical documentation.
• Facilitate equipment installation, Testing & Commissioning (T&C), and authority inspections.
• Maintain project documentation, including QA/QC and completion records, as well as as-built drawings.
• Assist in Value Engineering and cost-effective measures for M&E tasks.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or an equivalent field.
• At least 7-8 years of relevant M&E construction experience with main or M&E contractors.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, mixed-development, or institutional projects.
• In-depth knowledge of ACMV, electrical, fire protection, sanitary/plumbing, lifts & escalators, and swimming pool systems.
• Proficient in M&E coordination, installation, and T&C.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of guiding project outcomes.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Location: Varies by project
• Working hours: 5 Days with overtime
• Salary: up to S$7,500, plus Bonus (Compensation will align with experience & qualifications)
