Job Description
- Analyze regulatory consultation documents, updates, notices, and guidelines, ensuring timely communication of relevant information to internal stakeholders.
- Deliver regulatory compliance advisory services to business units and stakeholders across the organization.
- Conduct compliance monitoring and testing reviews, assisting in the revision of internal policies and procedures to align with regulatory standards.
- Facilitate regulatory reporting, which includes FATCA/CRS, governance meetings, regulatory interactions, audits, compliance training, and various ad-hoc compliance projects.
The Successful Applicant
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Regulatory Compliance within Banking, Insurance, FinTech, or Audit.
- Solid understanding of regulations, notices, and guidelines, with relevant experience in Corporate Banking, Treasury, or Private Banking.
- Practical experience in regulatory advisory, compliance monitoring and testing, regulatory changes, policy reviews, or similar compliance functions.
- Exceptional analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities, with a proven track record of effective collaboration across business units, compliance, audit, and senior management.
