Construction Manager (Industrial Building)

Position: Main Contractor

Salary: Competitive with bonuses.

Our client is a leading A1 Main Contractor specializing in Civil and Infrastructure projects. With a growing portfolio of projects both locally and internationally, they are looking for skilled and dedicated professionals to join their local team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and sustain robust relationships with project owners, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Manage site operations and effectively address any technical challenges that arise.
• Collaborate with the project team, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
• Assess subcontractor productivity and align it with the overall project timeline.
• Create and implement systems for tracking site activities and monitoring project advancement.
• Hold regular meetings with construction personnel to promote quality control and best practices.
• Experience working with the Land Transport Authority (LTA) is essential.
• Show proficiency in all Specialist Work Contracts (SWC) related tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Professional registration with the Institute of Structural Engineers.
• In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and legal frameworks.
• Ability to perform under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines.
• Capable of effective communication with professionals across various disciplines.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Location: Project-dependent
• Work Schedule: 5.5 Days per week
• Compensation: Up to S$8,000 / Negotiable + Variable Bonuses (salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications).
