Our client is a reputable main contractor known for its successful execution of large-scale infrastructure initiatives in Singapore, providing excellent project exposure and growth opportunities for your career.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee BIM processes, standards, and coordination throughout various projects.
• Facilitate multidisciplinary BIM coordination among Architectural, MEP, Structural, and other project teams.
• Manage virtual design functions to ensure seamless integration of architectural and MEP systems.
• Evaluate models, pinpoint coordination challenges, and implement effective design solutions.
• Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to address BIM and design coordination concerns.
• Ensure BIM deliverables align with project specifications and standards.
• Guide and mentor BIM team members while advocating for effective BIM methodologies across the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in BIM management, coordination, and virtual design.
• Extensive knowledge of Architectural and MEP systems.
• Proficient with BIM software and coordination tools.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects is a plus.

• Location: East
• Working Days: 5.5 Days
• Salary: up to S$9,000 / Negotiable + VB (salary will be commensurate based on experience & qualifications).
