Student Development Executive

• Collaborate with the supervisor to design and identify new activities and developmental programs tailored to the needs and interests of students.
• Oversee CCA Clubs while adhering to established policies and guidelines, ensuring regular communication and meetings with club members.
• Market and promote activities and programs to students using diverse communication channels.
• Supervise, guide, and ensure the safety of programs and events, including reviewing proposals from external partners and/or students and providing recommendations to the supervisor.
• Monitor the budget and expenditures for all associated programs.
• Deliver prompt and efficient services to students.
• Assist in managing crisis situations and addressing areas related to Student Conduct as necessary.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Academic Education/Experience/Training

• Possession of a Diploma or Degree in any field, complemented by relevant work experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, along with effective organizational abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools such as Office, SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, and Forms.

Experience

Professional Education/License (if any)

• No professional licenses required.
