Senior Process Engineer

Become a vital part of our innovative team as a Process Engineer, where you will spearhead initiatives aimed at improving processes to boost safety, quality, and productivity while optimizing costs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute process improvement plans focused on enhancing operational safety and product quality. Collaborate with R&D and Operations teams to coordinate and manage new grade trial runs. Evaluate long-term process performance and identify potential risks pertaining to plant safety, stability, and quality. Actively engage in HAZOP, FMEA, and Control plan studies to strengthen safety and quality measures. Manage process-related capital expenditure projects from the design phase through Front End Engineering Design (FEED). Investigate and implement Industry 4.0 technologies to facilitate productivity improvement projects. Work alongside various departments to maintain management systems, including ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, SS651, and IATF16949. Conduct research and development activities as required, emphasizing process engineering elements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering. At least 3 years of experience in relevant fields, with 5 years preferred for senior positions. Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) certification is a plus. Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, IATF16949, and IEC 61511 is beneficial. Knowledge of Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and its logic and sequence adjustments is desirable. Strong analytical skills combined with effective multitasking abilities. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the capacity to manage a variety of responsibilities.
